Welcome to Humanopolis, a transformative initiative dedicated to building a sustainable, resilient community through the power of human potential. In Humanopolis, we believe that the foundation of a thriving environment isn’t in towering buildings or cutting-edge technology, but in the hearts, minds, and actions of the people who inhabit it.
Our mission is simple yet profound: to foster a community where education, empathy, and proactive involvement come together to create a positive impact on our shared environment. Humanopolis is a place where everyone’s contribution counts, where collaboration and continuous learning drive progress, and where caring for our surroundings is as vital as caring for each other.
Join us as we pave the way to a better tomorrow—one empowered individual at a time. Let’s build a community rooted in responsibility, nurtured by empathy, and driven by shared goals. Welcome to Humanopolis, where the future is human-centered.
A vibrant local community is the cornerstone of Humanopolis. We collaborate with local stakeholders, from schools to municipalities and businesses, to develop inclusive projects that reflect local needs and values. Community gardens, educational workshops, and support programs empower citizens to take ownership of their future.
Science belongs to everyone. Humanopolis promotes open science practices where anyone—regardless of background—can contribute ideas, experiment, and participate in research.
Through open access tools, citizen science projects, and community labs, we unlock the potential of curiosity and collective intelligence.
Join us to explore, question, and shape the knowledge of tomorrow.

Innovation must serve people. Our partner initiative, the Center for Technological Transfer (uni-vel.eu), connects research and innovation with real-world applications. We support start-ups, creators, and social entrepreneurs in turning great ideas into actions with positive social impact.
Humanopolis celebrates the creativity and talent of individuals. Artists, scientists, and innovators are given visibility and support to share their work. We believe individual strength can inspire collective transformation. Through exhibitions, talks, and mentoring, we amplify the voices shaping a better tomorrow.

IPAK institute is participating in project View which is example of implementing the Humanopolis principle.
The project is designed to build on and complement the successes and learnings of previous initiatives within the Erasmus+ Sport framework and beyond. It aims to innovate by focusing on the integration and empowerment of people with disabilities through sports volunteering, a largely underexplored area in existing sports and volunteering programmes.
We are confident that the outcomes of the View project will extend beyond the project itself and will increase the number of people with disability volunteering in sport organizations
